I'm not too sure I like the title, so let me know if you have any suggestions.
This was taken at Lower Buttermilk Falls in Ithaca, NY. I like the idea of having the flower in focus and the falls as a background. I have no idea what kind of flower this is, but it seemed to be growing everywhere, so I just assumed it was either a wildflower or a very pretty weed.
Thanks for looking! Comments, suggestions and favs are always appreciated.
Editing: cropped, sharpened (I think....I don't totally remember, I just edited a bunch of pictures the other day, so I can't remember exactly what I did to what)
I like this photo, but I think it would've been better if the flower filled the viewfinder more. There's so much in there besides the flower, and it does look a bit busy...but still, the idea is really awesome
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6)
Mmm, yeah, but to get closer to the flower, I would've had to have gone over the wall and fallen into the water. But, I did crop out a bunch of leaves and stuff at the bottom, so it is a little better than it was.
Thanks for the comment!
